Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The product received differs significantly from the description or images
  • The certification details do not match the product
  • Wrong product was delivered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or energized (प्राण प्रतिष्ठित) products
  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or certification
  • Products purchased during special sales marked as "Final Sale"
  • Digital products or consultation services

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at support@grahaguru.in or WhatsApp us at +91 93253 39446 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and tags. Ship to the address provided by our team.
  4. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days depending on your bank
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with the difference payable by you). Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. For gemstones, we recommend consulting with our astrology experts before exchanging to ensure the replacement suits your birth chart.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos/videos while unboxing and report within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for transit-damaged items.

Note on Gemstone Authenticity

All our gemstones come with certification from recognized gemological laboratories. If you have concerns about authenticity, we encourage you to get the gemstone verified from any certified lab. If found inauthentic, we guarantee a full refund plus reimbursement of verification costs.
