• Gemstone weights are approximate (within 5% tolerance)
• Natural gemstones may have minor inclusions or variations
• Product availability is subject to stock levels

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Once an order is placed, the price is locked for that order
• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery
• Payment must be completed for order processing (except COD)

We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Order Confirmation:

• An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Orders are subject to product availability

Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping via WhatsApp or email
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure

• Customized or energized products used in rituals cannot be returned
