1Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within the specified timeframe.

2Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging with all tags/seals intact
- Include all certificates, invoices, and accessories
- Not have been worn, used in rituals, or damaged by customer
3Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items
- Energized products that have been used in rituals
- Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
- Products without original packaging or certificate
- Items returned after the return window
4How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Reach out via WhatsApp (+91 93253 39446) or email (support@grahaguru.in) with your Order ID and reason for return.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in original packaging. We'll arrange free pickup or provide a return shipping label.
Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: For COD orders, we'll need your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
6Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for gemstones within 15 days if:
- You're not satisfied with the quality or appearance
- You want a different size (ratti/carat)
- You want to upgrade to a higher quality stone
Exchange Process: Contact us with your preference. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If less, we'll refund the balance.
7Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We'll arrange free return pickup
- Full refund or replacement at no extra cost
- Priority processing for damaged items
